Thank you for your contributions to the UMBC Campus Community. We are interested in obtaining information from employees that have chosen to leave their position at the University. The Department of Human Resources is requesting your participation in completing this survey to assist us to better understand your reasons for leaving UMBC, and to use your responses to enhance or improve our workplace policies and practices in order to attract and retain employees. 

The results of this questionnaire will remain confidential. You will not be identified on the questionnaire and the actual answers to the questions will not be released to anyone outside of the Human Resources Department.
